ZTL access is managed through Garage delle Terme at Via delle Terme 47-49R (3-minute walk) for car parking.

The hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of Firenze, offering a king size bed in our well-appointed bedroom exactly as shown in the pictures. The hospitality was exceptional, although a bit pricey.
The hotel had a well-appointed bedroom with high ceilings and offered wonderful hospitality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had an adjoining bathroom. However, the price could be seen as a bit high for the value provided.
I stayed at this hotel in the heart of Firenze and it's right in the heart of Florence - such a great central location! The rooms were cozy, featuring a high slanted ceiling with pale grey stained wooden beams and a small twin bed. The mini bar was reasonably stocked. The service was top-notch, meeting all my requests promptly. As for the dining experience, the coffee served was exceptional! On the downside, the space was a bit limited, and the meat options were not that varied.
